[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#936165: autodocktools and mgltools-pmv are about to be removed from Debian

Hi Simon,

argh I just missed the autodocktools dependency of raccoon.
Can we please simply remove all these packages. mgltools-pmv is
broken and unsuable for years and nobody cares. All is non-free
so they should just go away and not occupy any developers time.

Kind regards

       Andreas.
