I'm not able to reliably parse this sentence. Can you please elaborate a
bit more on what you mean here?

Regarding these binNMU's, gatb-core can't migrate at this moment, it
needs a source-only upload (CC'ing the maintainers), so we'll have to
wait at least until that's done (by them or by anybody else).
