[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#874880: [freemedforms-project] Future Qt4 removal from Buster

Hi again,

just for your information:  If freemedforms will not be uploaded until
end of this weekend I do not see any realistic chance that it will make
it into the next Debian stable release.
