Hi,

that's caused by missing icu-config (#920900)

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:756 (message):
  Unable to find 'icu-config'.  Set ICUCONFIG in CMake cache.


I need to check how to work around this.  Its a bit ugly to
drop something with "wontfix" in this release state ...
