[Debian-med-packaging] bowtie2 aarch64 package

Hello, Debian Med people!
I am Jun Aruga

I want to install bowtie2 on aarch64 architecture.

As I knew there is a tutorial for a patch on bowtie2 2.3.4.1 aarch64
[1], I am working to apply the patch to the upstream project.

Can I ask you to create bowtie2 aarch64 package?
