Dear FTP team,

improvements on upstream regression tests suggest that bedtools probably
never worked on platforms that are not little-endian.  Therefore, I have
restrictred the building of binary packages to our little-endian release
architectures.  Please remove bedtools on mips and s390x in our archive.
