Fixed:

3f15f491eef6 Update to match SOVERSION
d10b1dafe79c Use default c++ standard used by gcc when compiling
4766801f4044 Refresh patch for v2.0.0

There is still something wrong. I see -O0 in compilation log, and
hardening does not pass -D stuff on the command line...
