Arg, no idea why I did not uploaded.  In any case I need to admit
that the said tag does not build (any more).  Thus I deleted the
tag and set the changelog entry to UNRELEASED.

I (quickly!) checked the upstream commits since the release and
the reported issues but the string numpy does not occure.  I need
more time for this - and as usual patches / team uploads are more
than welcome.
