Hello Debian Med DDs,

I've put together a test build of Spades with the provided jemalloc5 patch
from https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=914814#27. The code
compiles but on my pbuilder setup it hangs during testing, so I'd like to
build in experimental first.

Can a DD authorize me to upload this package?
