[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#920588: htsjdk: Autopkgtest for htsjdk

Source: htsjdk
Severity: normal

Hi,

if we would have an autopkgtest for the quite popular package htsjdk with
lots of reverse dependencies it would migrate faster to testing and less
of its rdepends would be removed from testing temporarily.

Explicitly CCing Debian Med mailing list to make more noise about this bug.

Kind regards

      Andreas.
