[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#931403: libgatbcore2: missing dependencies due to dpkg-shlibdeps inability to find them

Hello,

dpkg-shlibdeps is unable to locate dependencies (at least HDF5
libraries) for libgatbcore2 for some reason [1]:

Therefore all packages depending on libgatbcore2 need to list them
explicitly.
