[Debian-med-packaging] Please add force hint to enable optimir testing migration

Hi release team,

please add a force-hint to add the testing migration of

   optimir 1.0-2

While optimir is arch all it has some unsatisfiable Depends:
python3-pysam, bowtie2 and samtools on i386 which seem to block the
testing migration [1]. Thanks.
