That's actually quite strange.  In local builds using pbuilder the file
/usr/lib/gatb-core/gatb-core-cppunit is created and part of the package
gatb-core.  However, it seems the package build by the autobuilders
after uploading the source package is lacking the file.  I admit I have
no idea how this can happen.  I just observed this with the recently
uploaded gatb-core_1.4.1+git20181225.44d5a44+dfsg-3.
