[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#931154: fastdnaml FTCBFS: build for the wrong architecture

Hi,

I think this was solved in fastdnaml 1.2.2-14 in response to bug
#928790.  The patch suggested by Helmut was pretty similar.

Could you please confirm this and either close the bug or provide
more info why 1.2.2-14 does not solve the issue and submit a patch
that applies to the latest package version?
