[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#922486: python3-sbml5: libsbml fails to import

Hi Liubov,

I've lost this a bit out of sight.  Today is the last day for uploading
anything without asking the release team for migration.  I definitely
will not be able to work on the issue myself (sponsoring could be an
option but not more).
