[Debian-med-packaging] bowtie2 aarch64 package

Hello Debian MED team.

As coming bowtie2 2.3.5 started to support the aarch64 as a experiment
by contribution, I like to report the bowtie2 aarch64 deb package as a
task.
Where is the right place?
