[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#925499: Bug#925499: bowtie2 arm64 (aarch64) package

Hi Michael and Alex

I am happy to contribute to the Debian med team community.
However I am new in Debian community. I need a time to learn how to
package a deb package.
I am sorry I have to say that I am busy now and I have no capacity to do it.

The steps to a patch could be like this.

1. Update bowtie2 to the latest version 2.3.5.
2. Packaging simde.
3. Patch to run bowtie2 on arm64 (aarch64).
