[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#928895: kmerresistance FTCBFS: uses the build architecture compiler

kmerresistance fails to cross build from source, because debian/rules
hard codes plain "gcc". The easiest way of discovering the correct
compiler is using dpkg's buildtools.mk. Please consider applying the
attached patch.
