[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#906230: Testing migration blocked

Theses bugs (#897756, #897775, #906230) are preventing testing migration
of insighttoolkit4 (4.13.2-dfsg1-1) because the fixed version is not
included in its changelog history.

If these bugs are also fixed in 4.13.2-dfsg1-1 the BTS fixed versions
need to be updated to reflect that.
