[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#944671: Bug#944671: orthanc-dicomweb: missing build on armel

Hello,

Thanks for your feedback. Indeed, "node-axios" is needed to build the 
orthanc-dicomweb package.

Please could you indicate where I can find information about how to 
remove the old armel build?
