[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#945040: segemehl: Typo in package description

Dear Debian Med team,
A member of the french l10n team noticed a typo in the description on segemehl while translating it.
Indeed, "gzip’ed" should probably be "gzip'ed".
Thanks a lot for all your hard work on the debian-med packages!
