Thanks for the email.

I have already uploaded OSCAR; it's in NEW right now, waiting to be
reviewed.  I confess I hadn't thought about a transitional package, but
we can do that.  I will ask for the removal of sleepyhead from the
archives once OSCAR is accepted.
