[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#942404: discosnp: flaky autopkgtest: discoRes_k_31_c_auto_D_100_P_1_b_0_coherent.fa: No such file or directory

Just did a test on sid up-to-date, and tests were fine.
Will be difficult to forward upstream with bug occuring "sometimes" and
not really reproducible.
