that's true, but i've been touching so many packages lately, that
trying to follow every team workflow would be tough (also the NMU
gives a bit more of "pressure" on the maintainer if they prefer to
upload the pkg themselves while still getting the bug fixed in case of
maintainer inactivity, which would be a blocker in case of a MR).
