[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#937924: Upstream is py3 compatible

Hi Andreas,

It looks to me that upstream latest version has Python 3 support for
mne. Appart from this:

Files-Excluded: mne/html/*.min.js
                mne/html/*.min.css

is there any other files that needs to be removed from the package? If
so, can I package latest upstream, switching it to Python 3? As much as
I understand, we'll then just need an update to the debian-med meta
package, right?
