Hi Michael,

in your latest upload of libvcflib you tagged:

   libvcflib (1.0.0+dfsg-1) UNRELEASED; urgency=medium

Could you please push the uploaded state?  I've a fix for the Python2 to
Python3 migration pending but I do not want to push before the
repository is fixed.
