[Debian-med-packaging] Could you imagine to convert dicompyler to Python3? [Was: dicompyler is marked for autoremoval from testing]

Hi again,

can you please confirm that you are active?  If not I'm afraid
dicompyler needs to be remove from Debian due to the Python2
removal.
