[Debian-med-packaging] Anyone up for Vienna-RNA? A presumed important one for Covid-19. Fwd: vienna-rna_2.4.14+ds-1_amd64.changes REJECTED

Dear all,

I sadly cannot afford to dedicate next week to Covid-19 but hope for the
opportunity to help out here or there. A bit of a blocker for bcbio (as
a build-dep for seqcluster) is vienna-rna and it is of interest in
itself. I don't have my local build environment any more on my disk,
which typically is a good sign :o) - but last changes 6 months ago on
salsa and the upload not mentioned in the communit line - likely there
was some cleanup missed. No idea why there were .exe files in what I
uploaded - weird. Maybe I cleaned up the wrong tree and then did not
check again in the end. Sigh.

If there is someone out there who can help me out with this - would be
great.

Many thanks

Steffen

Hi Steffen,

lots of *.eps, *.ps, *.exe and similar files only contain a
Copyright-statement of people not in mentioned in your debian/copyright
and without a license. So most probably we are not allowed to distribute
those files.
