Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
gmap could not be built reproducibly.

This is because the tests embed the absolute build dir, as well as
inherit the build system's choice of /bin/sh symlink.

Patch attached that normalises these prior to calling tar(1).
