[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#956751: mummerplot incompatible with Debian's version of gnuplot

mummerplot generates a gnuplot file that contains a line such as:

    set mouse clipboardformat "[%.0f, %.0f]"

Unfortunately, it triggers `wrong option` errors with gnuplot 5.

Judging from the version of mummerplot in MUMmer 4, it looks like
removing the generation of the `set mouse clipboardfomrat` line would be
an acceptable solution, but I am not familiar enough with mummerplot to
decide by myself at the moment.
