Hi,

the Battelle-BSD-style license looks like the BSD-4 license with an "advertising" clause. This clause imposes an additional restriction, which is incompatible with for example the GPL. Unfortunately you add a patch in debian/* whose license is GPL-2+. As you can not mix stuff under GPL and BSD-4, I have to reject your package.
