I realised this as well.  I'm currently building with a patch that should finally work.

Python3-igraph is from python-igraph package which is maintained by DPMT.
I admit its the first time I take notice of this package.  I tried
   python3 -c "import igraph"
without havung libigraph installed without any problem.  So I simply assume
it does what it is supposed to do.
