[Debian-med-packaging] Last step NanoPlot (Was: pauvre is missing sklearn despite the package is installed)

Hi Étienne (and others),

the final target of those python-nano* and python-pauvre packages was
nanoplot.  The package builds now but unfortunately the autopkgtest
I've designed according to the test script they are shipping fails.
To simplify the effort to test you can build the package, install it
and follow README.test on your local machine.

Any idea why these tests are failing?
