Doing this review, it turned out that ITK needed a castxml built
with at least llvm 10, so I bumped the version requirement in
the build dependencies of castxml 0.3.4-2.  This allowed the
build to move one step forward, even if it didn't went through.

I am now working on this part.  Hopefuly this will help getting
through the build process further.
