[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#957360: RFS: Bug#957360: insighttoolkit4: ftbfs with GCC-10

Good day,

This night's build of insighttoolkit 4.13.3 in the clean chroot
went through, and test suite validated without particular
issues.  I pushed the part of my work fixing #957360 on Salsa:

	https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/insighttoolkit

As is, it may not be lintian clean, but I only managed to start
a gbp run only a few moments ago, so will have the .dsc to
scan against tomorrow.

If someone else attempts a run with git buildpackage, note the
external data fetched by debian/rules get-orig-source, which
need to be put into an appropriate archive .orig-data.tar.gz;
something specific to format 3.0 (quilt) if I understood
correctly dpkg-source(1).  I'm not comfortable with this format,
so haven't marked the release as ready for upload yet, by fear
of having screwed the branch named "upstream", but maybe it is.
