I belive that SRE_ENABLE_PVM was defined to 0 by automake, so
I pushed some change in debian/patches/automake.patch where I
removed some unconditionnal occurrences of SRE_ENABLE_PVM.  This
seemed to help with the build.

Now the build fails at the dh_missing step.  Maybe I'll have a
look at it tomorrow evening, unless someone else solves this in
the meantime.  ;)
