[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#967401: ginkgocadx: version `WXU_3.0.5' not found

For what it's worth

1.) version 3.0.4+dfsg-10 of the
    libwxgtk3.0-gtk3-0v5 package seems to have
    caused ginkgocadx to

        complain with

            ginkgocadx: /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libwx_gtk3u_core-3.0.so.0: version `WXU_3.0.5' not found (required by ginkgocadx)
            
        and refuse to run, and

2.) Upgrading libwxgtk3.0-gtk3-0v5 to version
    3.0.5.1+dfsg-2 seems to have fixed the
    problem.

To be fair, the ginkgocadx package depends on >=
version 3.0.4+dfsg-10~ of libwxgtk3.0-gtk3-0v5,
which looks close to my version that elicited the
error. 

I dunno what the trailing "~" means in the
version.
