Hi,

upstream of fis-gtm package[1] confirmed that the build needs some root
permissions.  Thus I've set

   Rules-Requires-Root: yes

When trying to build with pbuilder I get:

   dh_testroot
dh_testroot: error: Package needs targeted root but builder has not provided a gain-root command via ${DEB_GAIN_ROOT_CMD}
make: *** [debian/rules:21: binary] Error 25


How can this be fixed?
