Hi ftpmaster,

the code is not maintained upstream any more and relies on a feature of
Perl that was deprecated several versions ago.  The Debian Med team
consulted Debian Perl team for help but it has turned out that this code
is not maintainable any more.  So please remove this package from Debian.
