[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#976271: q2cli: please improve autopkgtest

Dear Fellow Maintainers,

While working on q2cli, I noticed the autopkgtest was only
calling the binary with --help option.  While this test is great
to have already, and already allows to catch various issues, it
is not sufficient to benefit from the sides of full fledged
autopkgtests, so I marked it superficial for the moment.

Still, it would be a nice addition for the package to have some
full fledged autopkgtest available; I thus opened this wishlist
item to keep a record of it.
