[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#976360: gdcm: Doesn't build on ports without java

Hello,

gdcm currently doesn't build on ports that don't have java. The attached
patch fixes this simply by copying over the java-enabled arch list from
the libgdcm-java package to the libvtkgdcm-java package.
