[Debian-med-packaging] relion-cuda - how to trigger autobuilders correctly to enable testing migration

Hi Roland,

I've fixed Build-Depends in relion-cuda and did a source only upload
which is needed to enable testing migration.  However, this does not
seem to work:

    https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=relion-cuda

I admit I'm not informed about this non-free / contrib build process.
Would you mind checking what to do to enable testing migration?
