It's cool that you have expanded your rebuild tests to include arm64, but it seems
your test workflow needs some work. arm64 is not on the architecture list for bio-eagle,
even if it was, the normal practice in Debian is only to consider a FTBFS bug rc
if the package has built on the architecture in the past.

I have downgraded the bug, I will leave the decision on whether to close it or not
up to the maintainer.
