[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#933334: Remove ugene from Buster (Was: ugene: FTBFS in buster (dpkg-shlibdeps error))

Control: retitle -1 RM ugene 1.31.1+dfsg-1 -- ROM; Please remove ugene 1.31.1+dfsg-1 from stable

Hi ftpmasters,

as you can read in the build log of this bug report there are build
issues with the version of ugene in stable.  It seems the best solution
is to remove this non-free package from Debian and provide a backport
of the current version in testing instead.

So please remove ugene 1.31.1+dfsg-1 from buster.
