Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
python-pysam could not be built reproducibly.

This is because the tests left non-deterministic files lying around
that got installed to the top-level (!) Python directories. A patch
is attached that ensures they are deleted; it seems like this has
been a bit of a game of "whack-a-mole" in the past.
