Could it be that your other fix fixed the issue? The original log showed
(note the suite and version):

Get:8 http://deb.debian.org/debian testing/main amd64 hyphy-common all
2.3.14+dfsg-2 [661 kB]
Get:9 http://deb.debian.org/debian unstable/main amd64 hyphy-pt amd64
2.5.1+dfsg-1 [900 kB]

I don't know if that is supposed to work. If that isn't supposed to
work, you're probably missing a versioned relation. I admit that I would
have expected britney to delay testing of the autopkgtest until arch:all
*and* arch:<under_test> have been build, but it seems that didn't work
in this case.

I have downgraded this bug to avoid it blocking the migration. I leave
it up to you what you do further with it.
