Thanks for calling this report to my attention; I don't follow
debian-med-packaging as a whole, and evidently forgot to subscribe to
this package.  I should be able to take care of this bug over the
weekend.

However, I am not prepared to go ahead with the latest upstream version.
even though there aren't any Debian patches to worry about merging.
There are instead other complications here, primarily because upstream
lacks a build system and because I took it upon myself to supply man
pages per Policy 12.1 and don't want to throw them away or provide stale
versions.

The good news is that I have pending changes to advance as far as
11.8.20190730; I just held off on pushing anything so I could have more
freedom to rebase in case I belatedly discovered something I should have
done earlier.
