[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#925749: omit the problematic test to fix this bug

I have opened a merge request

to fix this bug.

I think it is acceptable to omit the lgf_reader_writer_test. This test
deals with IO part of the library. and it had minor influence on the
whole.
