[Debian-med-packaging] Help needed to run tests in biocore-ntnu-ncls

Hi DPMT,

Steffen Möller has prepared biocore-ntnu-ncls[1] in the Debian Med
COVID-19 effort.  I did a review and realised that the build time test
does not work:
