Righty. However according to this line in the license itself:

https://github.com/tseemann/shovill/blob/master/LICENSE#L639

https://github.com/tseemann/shovill/blob/master/LICENSE#L640

Which says: "either version 3 of the License, or (at your option) any later
version.

Should this not be GPL-3+?
I'm not sure, please do let me know.
